The Deck offers the perfect surroundings for a relaxed open-air dining experience.

Our main restaurant, The Deck, is open all year round and offers a selection of dishes ranging from snacks to à la carte meals. Our Chef creates new dishes daily to offer on our blackboard as specials of the day in addition to our savory lunch and dinner menu items.

We grow as much of our own produce as we can for our kitchen using organic methods. The use of fresh herbs, vegetables, and fruits being delivered from our ‘Growing Project’ to the hotel is a wonderful enhancement to our Chef’s creative outlet. We love seeing our homegrown organic produce being used by our chef to create a wonderful selection of dishes.
